There is a voting page that you can get to from the OSC site. You will need to register, it is a separate login from KVR itself.
Is the voting page on the google site that displays the rules?

@bjporter This year has been so crappy, can we have at least one obscenity?!

Finally done noodling with my track. I'm launching it like a derelict ship into the ocean of the internet

Maybe 80+ instances of Vital. A lot of them are due to the vocals.
Izotopes Neutron 3, Ozone 10
Valhalla, SuperMassive, Vintage Verb
UHE Satin
Abelton Live effects (Delay, EQ8, Saturation, etc)

Hey Clone Culture,
listened to your track and wanted to provide what I feel about it. What do think if you try to clean up your bass frequencies a bit? In my Listening environment and with my ears it sounds a little overcrowded and therefore muddy.
When you'd ask me I would try two things: 1.) get the bass out of the way of the basedrum. You can do so by using a compressor in side-chain mode. That means whenever the basedrum triggers the basedrum is fed into the side chain of the compressor, which is placed in the bass channel ... and the signal comming from the bdr will duck away the bass. That will give the bdr enough room.
If you want to avoid using 3rd party compressor plugin, you can even simulate that - There is a LFO preset called "side-chain" which can be applied to the Volume of Vital to get the same effect.
2.) Not quite sure but I think your using very low chords, do you? better not do that, keep the low notes mostly "unisons" and only the upper notes do play chords other than octaves.

Hi MalToné,
I'm glad you like the vibe and ambiance :)
I usually try to have my own style and not allow myself to be influenced too much by others.
The track is currently in private mode and therefore can only be played via the link here in the forum.

Thanks for listening and giving advice! Bass headache eh? I'll try what you suggest, have tools for this.

In return for you thots on my piece, I listend to yours. Sounds are very good. Nice change of beat early on. Good transitions. Some noise clusters that repeat. Rapid bouncing bass and 4 on floor beat seem to be what hold it together as whole. I look for repeating music themes to make memorable. Something to consider, maybe. Happy holidays!

Hello, I see this competition and sounds like fun. I may join, but I see two people banned. Brothr Greg and Wes Kilbride. What happened? They say something bad? Everybody seems friendly here but these two gone and no question why. Makes me nervous. Ok to ask?
