I think they should have done a job like Sonic Charge's on that old Yamaha sampler where you have to program the darn thing through a fake two-line LCD and a row of buttons. Lets see how purist people are about that.
You can assign your qwerty/azerty keyboard to the buttons and assign a midi cc nr to adjust values ,
I fly around on this thing .

I honestly cant recall my XT ever crashing in 24-25 years (a bit fuzzy when I bought it either 99 or 2000).. It DOES have bugs, but those are very well known and easy to work around..

Now the MicroQ.. I could make that thing crash just by using it with Sound Diver. Even the Blofeld is more stable than the MicroQ (which was left somewhat unfinished to begin with).
