I finally decided to get a "core" membership ($29.99 a year) to be able to use full preset banks of Zenology.
1. The payment page got stuck 4 times (I used Edge and then Chrome).
2. I finally got through the payment process. The screen showed something like Roland has send the receipt to my email.
3. The receipt never arrived (I checked the spam folder as well).
4. My account shows that I have an "Ultimate" membership. I sent email to Roland Cloud support.
5. Now I have Zenology instead of Zenology Lite. But all I got is the same old preset bank A.
6. Uninstalled and reinstalled Zenology. Still, all I have is preset bank A.
Rant over!

This. I can’t remember 100% about the banks, but you possibly have to pick, download and install the extra preset banks via Roland Cloud. It’s definitely where you’ll find the presets at least.Kumi_27 wrote: Thu Jul 30, 2020 6:13 amWhen You subscribe to the Cloud , You get 1 month trial of Ultimate membership. The Cloud Manager app is a shining example of bad design and incompetent programming, but it (usually) gets the job done, and then you don’t have to deal with it again until there are updates or you want to install something else. As the front lobby of a subscription service they want to you pay a lot of money for, Cloud Manager should be a very well crafted, polished experience that makes you feel like it’s worth the entry price, and it’s insane to me that they either don’t understand this or are simply incapable of making good software, but it is what it is.aMUSEd wrote: Thu Jul 30, 2020 10:39 am OK got it now through the manager app - not that great though - seems very clicky

Especially when they have NI and Arturia to model on. Those work very well. Unfortunately they seem to think they need to do advertising, etc in there as well.Arashi wrote: Thu Jul 30, 2020 12:50 pmThe Cloud Manager app is a shining example of bad design and incompetent programming, but it (usually) gets the job done, and then you don’t have to deal with it again until there are updates or you want to install something else. I like the look of some of the SRX products.
Do these download and install as regular VSTis like the LEGENDARY Plugins?
I think the answer is yes but want to be 100% sure.
I would purchase a Lifetime Key. Not interested in anything Subscription.

I was referring to the plugin though - doesn't seem well optimised.Arashi wrote: Thu Jul 30, 2020 12:50 pmThe Cloud Manager app is a shining example of bad design and incompetent programming, but it (usually) gets the job done, and then you don’t have to deal with it again until there are updates or you want to install something else. I'm on a 1080p monitor (laptop). Is there a reason why I can't select a Zoom past 125%? 150, 175, and 200 are greyed out.

Zenology is now working as expected. When I opened it today, all the banks were there. I guess for some reason it took a while for RC to verify my subscription and make adjustments.
Zenology sounds incredible. The recycled stuff (e.g., synth legends, XV-5080, etc.) also sounds better on Zenology than on my FA-07. It was worth the hassle.
