Well, easiest way to think of it is: Push is increasing gain, Pull is decreasing gain, and the two can offset each other so that you are able to refine the results.

this EQ sounds very good indeed, but honestly I prefer to see the curve like in standard sofware EQ (like Cubase has, just that cubase eq sounds bad),

dimitrievski wrote:Sorry to come back to the "installer thing" :
But on the topic of installers, it really shouldn't be a problem if it doesn't make a registry entry of some sort. Basically it's the same thing as copying and pasting if that's the case, it's just that with the installer it's all automated to in fact make things easier for the end user.
can't dll write in the registry ?
Installer is not the same thing as copying and pasting--> typical : i want the VST to go in ../vst/thesynth/, and some installer create a folder, other don't, ending with ../vst/thesynth/thesynth/ or ../vst/thesynth.dll. and the uninstalling process sometimes trash some .dll needed by other applications, and your system is f**ked up. for example just install this piece of crap : http://www.kvraudio.com/get/812.html, you won't be dissapointed by the uninstalling...
Well, it could, but in the case of it being a VST I seriously doubt it would nine times out of ten. I know some of them look into the registry to get authorization verifications and stuff like that, but few that I've seen really get into and bugger up your reg.

And I mean it's like a copy-and-paste kinda loosely, in a sense that it copies it from the install package and pastes it into whatever directory it's told to, just that it happens somewhat behind the scenes.

Heheh, I thought it was apt... :hihi:

Pushtec
S.A.N.E FM
EQ22
Lunchbox Battles
MASB Compressor (one of the few that my cpu balked at, but was so good i had to bear with it...man, it would be a dream to get a cpu friendly version of this).
Thank you very much :) Glad you like it, I was very pleased with the way it came out!

BuzzRizerFree.... Dang! Now that's FAT!!!.... hahaha... Suits all "modern" mixes

But, bit buggy. New vers. with new gui + bug fixes = sales IMHO

O yeah, and ALL sample rates supported plz

If you like Limelite, mind giving Grizzly a try.

And, BTW,i haven't read a single word about Matryx (nor Uloop)...
Has anyone tried it ?
There is no manual, i found nothing about Matryx anywhere on the web... A manual, a webpage, anything woudl be fine before running an installer... It looks like a big think , but as i already have many sequencers, do i have theneed of this one ?
I don't like blind installers that much....
Matryx website -> www.matryx.be -> official release : 1 november 2007
It's supposed to be the successor of SQ4²
Rest assured : there's nothing in the installer that could damage your computer :wink:
+ there is a manual and, since the complexity of the program, it's a must read :!:

Ok
Thank you
I searched the web for SQ4 and found a website (http://www.sq4.be/), but nothing related to Matryx.
I will give it a try (but it looks rather complicated as far as i can tell from the GUI screenshot on your website...).

++ about BuzRizer

Buzzrizer is fine, but the eq (when you switch from speectral to eq) is not that good, and it seems that there has some phase problems, i sent a soud thrgough it, and it was like there had a weird autopan on my file after being passed in BuzzRizer. And depending on the material, the basses can sound abit muddy. So it is a tool touse with extrme care, but can produce very nice results. This one + Pushtec can liven up a drum loop very good.
And, you're right, i'd suggest a new GUI with more readout.

+ abOUT pUSHTEC :
I noticed it is easier to tweak the frequency in a very accurate way in No-GUI mode than in Gui mode. I started from a 80hz positionned knob, tweaked it (i wanted something close to 80, let's say 83or 84, and it jumped to 100 ! But in no GUI mode, it was very accurate).
And yes, as mentionned above, some knobs or faders for adjusting input/output level woudl make it really killer.

... still no feedback about Uloop ?
