Here a mp3 example. Using one layer, one oscillator, six unison.
First the sound without filter or detune.
Then the sound get some detune.
Then I add the sub oscillator of OSC 1
then I play with the filter, getting it in self oscillation.
Hope this helps.

There is no normalisation, no effects or whatever processing. It is OSC1 plus filter. This can give an idea of its power.

I didn't want it to sound pleasant. I wanted to show the unison and the filters.

lol :D

that demo does'nt show hypersaw capability..1 osc :?

try using all 3 oscs on all 4 layers giving you 12 then start tweaking the subs/detune etc..

:)

Ok. I didn't understand. To be honest those sound are not the one I use the most, so I was a bit confused (I use synths for complex soundscapes, not for strong synth sounds as the one required). THis time all 12 oscillator are playing with 6 times unison, detuning and spread. The link is the same as above. I hope this really is what someone asked me to do here.
If it isn't I simply will remove the mp3 waiting for someone else hypersaw and back to composing my music.

When playing with all the layers I don't know how to control all filters together (i don't even know if it's possible), so there is only the hypersaw.

No it doesn't. Someone on the waldorf list asked about it and they basically said there are already plenty of software options for your samples and they want to keep sample loading as something unique to the blofeld so they probably wont be adding it. Or something to that effect.

That sucks. What does Largo having Sample Import have to do at all with Blofield though? Keep sample loading unique? Umm... Sample Import is rather common these days. I'm not seeing how it is unique at all? It's almost as Waldorf are making a total Joke out of themselves? That and No Largo Demo version? Waldorf keep getting more and more lame. I seriously don't get them anymore? They use to be Cool back in the day. These days I'd have to say their rather shady and lame? Come on Waldorf redeem yourself by releasing a Largo Demo version! Is that really that much to ask for? I guess releasing a Demo version isn't "Unique" enough for them?

Biosphere? Are you possibly confusing Waldorf's (hardware) Blofeld with Omnisphere?
If you like 80s retro sounds, check out my latest tune…

Yes, I meant Blofield not Biosphere sorry.
