Yes, sorry about that. It was an error on their site but glad it is corrected. A little tricky sometimes to deliver these extras but we always find a way to do it... the key is to try to make it less complicated which we are working on. In the case of products on other company's sites it is trickier but... still doing the best we can!

The Drummer Tracks bonuses should be available by the end of the day as well... or latest tomorrow.

Not supremely frustrated here but heading that way.

I've got the T rack and got partly through the registration but now the IK site wont let me finish.

I've never logged out of IK but . Now cant get into my account. Simple enough to ask for use name and PW to be reset.

Done> Same user name but copy pasting the PW in and the browser set to accept cookies.....

CANT get IN! I would send an email to support at IK but just look at that process.

Age, IQ, address, OS, CPU, List of dependents, sex and frequency thereof, name of Cat, dog and any non aquatic pets. Name and number of aquatic pets

and thats just the first page

If you've never logged on to IK then you don't have an account as their c/r system basically forces you to create an account. Once you do you never have to fill the rest of that stuff in again unless it changes. It's good as they can get information about what OSs and hardware to use in development testing and for customer support.

I never logged out ! I have ST, Amp metal and Hendrix and SVX plus of course X gear

I was logged in when I started the process of registering the Ser# for the Plug which I had obtained from the multibox.

Then Bingo I'm asked to log in AGAIN.... What the hell I was logged in to start with.

Now I cant log in period> EVEN when I copy paste the new user name and Pw from the email IK sent from request.

I'm gonna go for a beer and wait a few days. Maybe their website is slightly off

I went through the exact same thing. Found that even though I had cookies enabled in Google Chrome it wasn't letting me log in anymore but using Microsoft Internet Explorer everything works well.

One question. Do you guys download the demo version to get your Tracks single? It says on the website that the demo is not able to be authorized but there is no other way to get the product loaded on your machine in order to complete the final registration of it according to the instructions....

Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood your post. Try their customer support, they're super good.

The website LIES. You do in fact download the demo for the single you want in order to authorize it.

I hope you contacted allen (at) esoundz (dot) com so he could troubleshoot this and find out the skinny if there's an issue with the site. I know there was some problem that has supposedly been solved with regard to TR Singles. But if you are still having problems then talk to Allen or an IK tech support person instead of driving yourself mad. I wouldn't blame you for being frustrated. But I suggest you describe the things to someone in support so they can help figure out what's going on. Since it is the evening now... the beer seems like a good idea.

I seem to be having some troubles here.

After downloading, installing and authorizing my copy of AmpliTube 3, I downloaded one of the T-Racks singles. When I entered the serial found in my esoundz account I get a message that the first part of the serial number is not valid.

Is this user error? A known issue? Any thoughts?

The serial you get from esoundz is a generic serial, not an actual one. If you take the esoundz serial and register it at IK's site, you will then see a 'Multibox' icon in your User Area. Clicking on this and selecting your single will generate your ACTUAL serial that you will use to register and authorize your demo.

Its convoluted and it didn't help that IK's site wasn't processing Multibox requests. But IK seems to have worked out their issues now.

Think of the eSoundz Serial Number as the key to the IKMM sweet shop.

You need to register it to unlock the door. And only then can you pick the T-RackS Single that you desire (from the Multibox) and its Serial Number will be registered on your IKMM User Account.

Then you use the Serial Number for the T-RackS Single that you selected to Authorise the plugin, by clicking the padlock icon on the plugin's GUI.

Does that help?.
