I mean, once selected into the folder for a sound to assign to a pad(lets say a kick) i actually need to open menu->load->select without auditioning->play the note and see what the sound is for each sound change. This is time expensive for my taste. Having the chance to load automatically next sound in folder with an arrow (or alternatively auto auditioning while browsing) would give a real kick to usability imho.

Hm ok stupid question. Where is that? I can't find any non-demo downloads (I am logged in and I can see my details etc.)thecontrolcentre wrote:In my account it's v1.01 ...Igro wrote: Hmmm. I've just checked official site and there is still 1.0 version.
Added: just saw 1.01 release candidate.
I am still waiting for the single drum pad version. I purchased it based on trying the pre-release demo. And the single drum pad version was what I was interested in. I read that it would show up again in a later version. I think I looked at the 1.01 version a few weeks ago, but I can't remember for sure.

Hm, anyone else having trouble with low bus levels?
Whenever any drum is on any bus, the output level on that channel will drop to become virtually unusable.
The master channel level is of course ok.

Im having lots of spikes on my cpu usage, using cubase 5.
I havent found many people complaining of this. Is it just me?
Maybe theres something wrong with my computer. Its old, but not that old i think.....2.4G P4 with windows 7 and 1.5 Gb of Memory. I had no trouble using lots of plugins till now.
I really like the sound of it, but its unusble in my computer. Specially long BD sounds make the CPU go nuts.

This should be added too. Would increse speed a lot.I like it but personally one thing that would really raise up the inner value (for me) of this plugin is having arrows on each pad for browsing individual pads sounds.

Let's-a-bump dis thing!
I seriously consider getting this thing. THOUGH...
1) I have Waldorf Attack (which doesn't feature a drum-step-sequencer)
2) I have Cubase 5's internal Beat Designer
3) I have RM4.
The audio demos where interesting on the Blips and Beeps side, but... somebody used this thing for something more other than "Minimal Music" already? As "main drive" for, let's say, Trance Music or like in Gregson-Williams typical soundtrack environments?
I ask because if it's similar to what's already out there in loop and VSTi form, I might not go for it. Though the step sequencer "is" tempting. (then again I miss rolls and flam hits, etc).

Download the demo and try out the 70s kits. While not exactly like realistic drums they are very close indeed and hardly blips and beeps. It's well worth the $13 USD intro offer.Compyfox wrote:The audio demos where interesting on the Blips and Beeps side, but... somebody used this thing for something more other than "Minimal Music" already? I own RMV as well and don't think there's any overlap; the synthesis engines between the two are completely different.

It's 13 dollars, dude.
Then again, who am I talking to... on KVR
Just buy it. If you find it unusable, I'll Paypal you those 13 dollars.
Compared to what you have:
Attack sounds plasticy, albeit the good kind of plasticy. Still in regular use over here.
Can't comment on Beat Designer, not familiar with it.
RM4's synthesis section sounds extremely plasticy, the cheap, bad kind of plasticy.
Drumaxx offers you so much more versatility that these things shouldn't even be compared. And sounds friggin' excellent.

I have question about this synth, I have FL 6, have not bought the update yet. In the piano roll it does not list the individual synths. When demmoing FL 9 on campus, in the piano roll it list the synth and I really like that feature. I was wondering is this because of the version of FL Studio I have, or something else, I will still want to get this, as I like working with synthesized beats instead of samples, and this has the best crashes I have ever heard, thanks for any help.
