I agree with you in principle, ralfrobert - but then again: I've found it really useful to alert Eric to issues under the title (my latest was small, happy to say) - he and his site recently have been through some really rough waters, including my account (content missing) - after the way he took care of my account makes me 100% certain that he wants to straighten out everyone elses account that's been affected by those events - but he'll likely need to hear from the individual account owners about their specific issue(s).

Yes, information for Uncle E is important. I hope the recurring problems are history now. Perhaps we could find another title. This one may damage his business a little as it suggests there are problems right now. JRR availability might be more neutral.

Just a thought. No need for further iscussion from my side.

Yes, I would like to know this as well. JRR staff (Eric included) has been very helpful, but I would hope that our orders will populate in our online account at some point.
