I don't recall having an issue like what you are describing. I use Cubase, and Cubase acts up a lot for me. What if you completely turn off your computer, turn the computer back on, turn on your DAW, and continue where you left off? It might behave better for at least a while.

I use logic pro. bugs still comes, just happen today. I have a polyphony patch turn to mono at random times and come back to polyphony when i click and open up ob-e. Chance of bugs is very low and so random so i dont know how to report to Gforce. Not a big deal too compares to the beautiful sound and i can just bounce it.

I can’t decide between OB-X and OB-E help me. I have no real obreheim just prophet so I don’t kniw if 8 voice SEM or OBX but OB-E sounds better? I heard stupid rumours about oberhem envelope speed (doesn’t snap like prophet or jupiter8) but these software plugins snap quite good. OB-E envelopes seem to behave better. I am indecisive how to burn money during the big black friday sale palaver. I am getting either of these but dunno wether to listen to my gut or random kvr people

OB-E will be the better choice because it's very different than most of synth out there. You can make a very expressive lead with OB-E. Easy to learn and simple but millions of possibilities for sound design.

I find it anything but. e.g. Setting up a nice UNISON patch takes forever. I'd much rather have a SEM with unison, like bx_oberhausen.

OB-E is better in my opinion, but Cherry Audio Eight Voice has a number of good patches, so I have both. I got Eight Voice on sale for a mere $19 US, after already owning OB-E.
