I think it's only controlled via the parent note velocity, if the sound has velocity response turned up.

So if you have a step set to 50% velocity & 4 repeats, each repeat will be at 50% velocity.

Can you export the sequence out into the DAW's piano roll? If yes, does it export out the notes for the repeats for further refinement of the velocity?

Native Access... buzz kill. Can't get it to install on M1 Mac. I just want to make some beats with Triaz but I have to flog myself first I guess.

Anyone else having problems with the Snapshots? I've copied them to where all my other Snapshots are, and nada but the _Init patch.

Mine are located in ' \Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\TRIAZ\TRIAZ\ '.

My usual path for Snapshots is Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Kontakt\TRIAZ

I wonder if I can change it so that it isn't top level like that, prefer it in the same place as the other Snapshots?

In terms of GUI size, we made this as big as possible whilst still allowing it to be fully visible (and not too large) on a laptop screen. We did the exact same thing with BASSYNTH too (identical in size), and Play Series products from NI I believe are also the exact same width for this reason. I remember with Drumvolution we had a rather substantial number of messages from Laptop users complaining the UI was too big! In short, we are just trying to keep everyone happy!

As I think I may have mentioned elsewhere, we are actively looking into options to move to a Native system in the future, and assuming TRIAZ is supported well enough by the community, this should hopefully be a reality in the not too distant future. Obviously if / when this happens, we would have scalable UI and other cool stuff..

And thanks for the kind words about the sound of TRIAZ. We invested a lot more time and money into the sounds in TRIAZ than any other product so far, and I'm glad this shows

Question while we wait for the new version to come out.

How does Triaz handle phasing on samples? Say I dragged in my own sample, a 909 kick. And I wanted to layer in some other sounds. Is there a way to adjust for potential phasing there? Or did you all adjust all the samples that come with it so phasing is not an issue when you using your library? Mainly a question for kick drums.

I have both.
You can't compare them 1 to 1.
But Triaz I find has the best samples and by far the best sound mangling options to fit sounds to your track and vibe.
Can't wait for the non kontakt version
