Then do you get an error when you move the original non converted audio file? That's odd because for me the couple I used in presets are just 4,487 bytes

Maybe there is more than one method to import? I'm just navigating to a folder I setup with some IRs in specifically for Beam, selecting one and saving the patch - then what happens is a reference to the original wav is placed in the Beam IR user folder, but in a subfolder of that which has the name of the folder with the IRs in, they are not going into the 'Imported' folder so maybe I am doing something different to you? These are all around 4-5 KB

Ah I see there is - I was using the browse to folder method. Using drag and drop creates an impulse file in the 'imported' folder which is much bigger so clearly does contain the sample. Now when I do it that way, moving the original IR wav makes no difference

That's the same method e.g. Padshop used, dragging and dropping creates a duplicate in the Padshop/Samples folder, browsing by folder references to a given sample.aMUSEd wrote: Thu May 28, 2026 11:27 am Ah I see there is - I was using the browse to folder method. Bismuth really is a nice addition to the collection...

How do you update Beam? There's no Check for update button.

So if i want everything is it cheaper to get one of the bundles on sales and get the rest with a loyalty discount or get the everything bundle directly but that is not on sales?

Now I know what happened. I got Haze before there was Beam, so it won't update unless you have Beam. I did download Beam and logged in, but it says I have no license (because I don't) So, no update for me.
