I just saw this on the news. This poor fellow and his band was travelling by United Airlines last year when passengers noticed the luggage crew outside throwing luggage in a manner that didn't look too good.
Anyhow, when he landed, he discovered his guitar was broken up pretty bad...he complained to United for some time but they did nothing, so he decided to make a video of what happened and posted it on Youtube....I think it's hilarious!
And now all of a sudden United Airlines has magically had a change of heart! Must be a Festivus MIRACLE or something!!!
It's a nice day for a melody.
