I wish there were more skins like these, it makes me all gooey inside, remembering the winamp2 skins, ranging from organic stuff to grungy machines etc...
it's nothing i'd willingly spend most of my time working in, but if that special mood hits ;)

The mini skin is beautifull, the new version is stable and not eating too much cpu, no time limit anymore - it's perfect :love:
Great work, John, thanks alot :tu:

Both skins are nice. Did anyone tried to make percussive sounds ?

This features-lite version only shows the master volume, fx's on/off and the randomize amount knobs. Oh, and a big red button you can press in case there's a pollonium attack in your neighbourhood, and of course a series of tubes at the top right to make it internet compatible. Enjoy!
That new skin is GORGEOUS! :love:

/I'll have to try this out later…

:hyper: lovely skin

How do you save a preset? I know I could use fxp but the actual inbuilt ones are in a native format so presumably there's a way to save in that format? I can't see an "Presets" area in the GUI - only my host's one.

Im intersted in doing some presets for this but would like to put them in .ssb too. How? :cry: :hihi:

That's a seriously brilliant GUI and it totally fits the sounds this synth produces.

Also, the latest version of Scanned synth seems to work flawlessly with Tunafish as a host.

Hello everyone. I have had one user contact me because he is having trouble opening the GUI under Windows 98. Has anyone else had any success with Win 98?

I changed my mind when I realised that I could make the two plugins share presets without using a proprietary file format. They will both use the same format of fxp/fxb files. The ".ssb" format is only for internal use.

this new skin is nice. It is a pity that al the parameters aren't accessible from it (when we want to edit the sounds, we have to close the gui to come back to the "standard" one).
the presets are fine, too ;
but i noticed two bugs:
- in EnergyXT beta2? no presets are visible : we can browse and hear them, but we don't see any name in the presets list ;
- i played with it during several minutes in Live 5,2, and it ended by crashing the host :(

Sorry. That wasn't very clear was it. I just meant that there should be no need to use the ssb format. What did you want to use it for?

I'll take a look at these bugs and see what I can do.
