Here's a little demo called "Suit Up". It's all sounds from my Beyond Earth soundset except the strings (Hollywood Strings)

Can I ask you a serious question? How stoned were you when you thought that sounded good?

I'm not stoned. It sounds good to me.

Well... It is unique. Aand there is merit in that. I don't mean to offend the person who made that sound. I'm just a bit frustrated as of laste that nearly all sounds being made from every new synth is some spacey experiemtal noodle. How about a sweet FM bass? That would get me interested in this synth. I just don't need anymore creepy space sounds. But, hey, if thats all thi synth can do, I'm glad to know so I can stay away from it.

It can do not just that but a lot more... There are tons of various basses among factory presets...

I've posted something like a hundred audio examples from Bazille... only a small minority of them are 'creepy space sounds'. Here is the link again to the previous one I posted before the one you just commented on. Plucked string with some extra string resonance.

Here is an older one which is an FM bass sound...

Bazille is capable of all sorts of sounds. I think it is outstanding for percussion and plucked strings as well as good for wind, reed and brass type sounds and it is expressive and musical. But if you are mainly looking for a bread-n-butter synth, then Bazille is likely not right for you. It is a modular beast at its best for exploring out on the edge and into the unknown.

Inspiring sounds pdxindy . Great to hear new boundaries being pushed through synthesis .

I'm not stoned either, and it sounds excellent to me. It's great to hear interesting, original sounds, that perhaps may not fit into some top of the charts edm genre, but which might inspire the more leftfield and experimental pieces.
