yeah, i definitely should do that at some point. i've got to get creative somehow with it because the foam is pricey and we don't eat enough eggs to collect enough cartons to fill a wall. i really do need to cover that window though and dampen the room overall...

i actually just got my JP6 repaired about four months ago... for a good three years the whole left half of the panel was not working which was really frustrating for me but i wanted to make sure i had a technician whom i trust to fix it (there was a crack in the PCB which the pots and sliders are mounted to). anyways the weekend after it was finally fixed was one of those high-on-life moments! about two weeks ago i finally ordered the Europa Upgrade. i still need to get it installed, which is a job i'd prefer not to do myself, so i'm taking it to the same guy who repaired the cracked PCB. can't wait...

My new setup ... finally got the midi to my hardware connected up.
That carpet is classic. My friend has been using that Fisher Price type children's play rug thing for a drum set mat for as long as I've known him. Good ideas always come about when we jam over there.

DV247 has them for £123 ... not too bad IMHO. I paid £175 for mine 2 years ago,and it felt like a total bargain at the time.

Smart ... we have the same desk :D Does your ATC still work OK? Mate of mine just unboxed his after storing it for about 10 years, and found that none of the buttons work anymore. Shame ... as I was interested in buying it.
