The delivery method for phase 3 didn't work so we are modifying the site to be able to do it. There are some more complex ways we can do it now... but the least thing anyone wants is MORE complexity I am sure (it's own can of worms). So we're going to try to solve it as quickly as possible in the simpliest way possible.

? Not sure what you mean. We're talking about the phase 3 options for picking EZ Player Pro and/or A Multitrack kit from DM2 plus another MT kit. Has nothing to do with people that have DM1 stuff.
I am going to be flying in a bit here. If you have questions guys and I am not here to answer you can email allen (at) esoundz (dot) com. He is staying back and will not be at NAMM. But he'll be short staffed in support this week. Next week will be better.
Anyway they'll solve the delivery. I'm really sorry about this. It was the added extras during the group buy that made it hard. You have to remember that at one point we only expected 200 people to join! There weren't so many extras and it was easy to deliver. With 800+ people and all the added extras it should have been okay too except there were some issues with the site being able to do it (like for instance a product can't spit out TWO redeem codes... not until that is modified hopefully today or another work around is done). Next time we will try to account better for how we can deliver so many extra options... or just make it simpler somehow perhaps with less "options" because trying to please everyone makes it 10 times harder.

Umm...Hi. I was in the process of trying to download my group buy files and they all disappeared from my download page. Also, the Infinite player download I had in progress gave an error and stopped. I'm thinking these things are related.
I'm pretty new to this process and am confused. Should I panic yet?

Whew good news. We solved the multiple redeem code thing. You will have a new redeem code soon to be able to pick TWO out of the following:

2. "USD_Global_Patch_Update_1" needs to be kept zipped for drag and drop into Infinite Library Installer by user. This fixes patches and also skins in one shot for the whole thing. The user DOES have to have already installed all of the stereo kits first for these to work of course. This will be put in EVERYONE'S (of the GB and Paypal version) user area of esoundz automatically.
Note: Sock and Ebow - this has all of the kits modified to be able to do BOTH of your favorite hi hat modes... I did it myself and it took me forever but you had good points and I agree so... there you go. Enjoy!

The user drags and drops this folder (not the contents of the folder but the folder itself) into the root of their Infinite Player folder (right next to their multis and instruments folder). To use these impulses they can either use them in the various hybrid kit patches that reference them OR they can drag and drop them into the convolution reverb which can be inserted on ANY of the output channels or aux channels. More info on how to do this will come. Note there are TWICE as many Impulse Responses given that originally said... the extra (double) is a gift to our patient customers.
4. Hybrid Kit Multis - They are MULTI PATCHES ONLY and need to be in a hierarchy like this Multis/Ultimate Studio Drums/Hybrid STm Kits They go to everybody in the GB and paypal. They need to be kept zipped for drag and drop onto the infinite library installer.
SquidiMidi extras will have to come later but I'll make it good no worries. I explained why earlier.
