CZ-101 here. Ick, I had no idea how to use it at the time. Also had a DX-7, Access Virus B, a lot more other hardware over the years...rghvdberg wrote:My first synth: DX100

My first synths back in 1979 - 1982rghvdberg wrote:My first synth: DX100

I spent more money on those 4 synths than on all my VSTs (about 90) combined.
Yeah, those were the days.

I sold my synths. They were sad days, but at least you could! Try selling a VST...wagtunes wrote:I spent more money on those 4 synths than on all my VSTs (about 90) combined.

I sold my synths too. For very little money. Why sell a VST? They're cheap. They don't break down. And I assume if you bought it you must have liked it. I love all my VSTs. I'd never sell them.z.prime wrote:I sold my synths. They were sad days, but at least you could! I've purchased a number of VSTs I just don't use. Wanna buy 'em?wagtunes wrote:... Why sell a VST? They're cheap. They don't break down. And I assume if you bought it you must have liked it. I love all my VSTs. I'd never sell them.

Which ones are you selling? If I like any of them, sure if the price is right.z.prime wrote:I've purchased a number of VSTs I just don't use. Wanna buy 'em?wagtunes wrote:... Why sell a VST? My DX7s broke. Cartridge smashed through the motherboard during bumpy ride.
Sold my Korg M1. That was stupid.
Sold my Korg Triton for €25. I called it a vintage rock and roll edition. So many things broken. Did a ton of gigs with it.
My Yamaha EX5 was stolen. Almost fainted when I found out. That was a beast of a workstation.
Currently my main gigging keyboard is a Roland Fantom X7. Use a Suzuki Hammond XB1 as secondary.
On Tuesday's, with choir practice, I get to play a beautiful Kawai grand piano. I love that piano. You just have to think about the tone you want to express and it comes out.

Here's a build of JuceOPLVSTi for Linux (Mint 17.3, should work on Ubuntu 14.04)

I read that soundcloud is gonna ditch groups.
I noticed our current groups have 2 kvr osc members.
I guess one of these could make playlists for the osc. Would that be a workable solution?
