Right, so, installed Alchemy via the online installer (turned off internet and offline installation worked just fine)... BUT, the Planet Earth presets aren't showing up, only the 5 presets from the Taste of Camel... weird. I know at the time a key was required, but i'm unable to DL the key 
The website just flakes out when I try to. Anyone else had that problem?

I installed V1.00 as 1.5 didn't want to install via the online / offline installer (it simply doesn't respond). Then I dragged the Planet Earth V1.5 (.camelsounds) (after uninstalling / deleting V1.00 sounds and presets). Still no joy. Just going to try a manual install (downloaded the manual installation) of everything Alchemy (uninstalling now).
EDIT: Manual installation worked... dang. What a PITA!

you could have just opened the 1.5 planet earth camelsound and copied out the .aky file - should be in there. ditto the presets themselves - all the installer does for the sounds is copy stuff to the right places (being paranoid I prefer to do it myself)

I just opened the Planet Earth V1.5 .camelsound file with 7zip... there's no key in there?
EDIT: The only thing that's different, for those who care, between the installer and the manual installation, the manual installation doesn't put the Alchemy data files in the VST folder under the Alchemy sub dir. The Online installer put it in the c:\ProgramData\Camel Audio\Alchemy. This can be manually changed in the normal .exe installation, so not a biggy.

It is much easier to just manually download everything than use the online installer. I do not think they ever quite finished that.... And, after July it will be useless...

The key file will be in the PlanetEarth presets file, or if you downloaded the AllPresets file, it will be in there....

Did you download both the PlanetEarth-Samples and PlanetEarth-Presets files? If not, try downloading just the Presets file. The key should be in there.

If the AllPresets file is current, try extracting the file and looking for the key in the extracted folder. Other than that, maybe try a different browser to access the Camel site?

Segue...so someone posted a linky for me in one of the CA threads to a place that sells CA/Alchemy T-shirts. I left the tab open so I could consider it. Today, the page is not found. The Camel gear is gone from that site. Hmmmm. I shouldn't be surprised I suppose.
