Nah, it didn't work. In bitwig the cpu meter was all over the place. That isn't the problem in live, but both hosts everything was glitchy....not at all like simons video. He's on mac, I'll wait until they fix it to try it again. But I still don't think it's my cup of tea.

Alien abduction and Apple abduction look the same. Same MO, poor customer relations as noted above by astute out-of-world researcher, Trahast. And if we want to stretch the analogy a bit past the breaking point, (and who doesn't?), the logical conjecture is, they are the same entity.Trahast wrote:Time to stir the conspiracy pot a little.![]()
Am I the only one mystified by this little exhange? They seem smugly pleased with some sort of knowledge, and somehow I doubt they are talking about the likelyhood of blue skies in June.![]()
That said, I still think it's a question of alien abduction. As everyone knows, aliens are notoriously bad at customer relations.
Cheers,
Trahast
Some want us to believe that Steve died - but what if he just ascended the alien corporate ladder and is orchestrating the global double A domination by assimilating one small audio DSP company at a time? Science fiction? Sure, just like personal wireless communicators.
Crazy? Like a camel. No company in the history of making history has had so many hit products in a row with such a mind-controlled mindshare. At least not without Alien technological assistance. In a previous century, we all surmised that the Alien conspiracy was fronted by Starbucks. Now we know that was just to fuel the second wave.
You may think I'm wearing the tinfoil hat a little crooked. Thing is, I can't. It is protected by an Alien company under the 'touch operated thought deflector using shiny circles of foil alloy' patent application.
And the one key piece of evidence is...oh wait...there's a flashing icon on my iPad...it looks like...Oooooo noooooooooo...
perception: the stuff reality is made of.

You just had to clue me in to this, didn't you? Now I have to download it, and then, if it works for me in Cubase, buy the damn thing.hibidy wrote:One of the fastest uninstalls everAmeyah Audio wrote: what do you think about 2C Audio Kaleidoscope? im a botu to buy it.![]()

After reading through some of this. I'd better do a test install of my plug-ins and libraries on another machine.
Just in case the downloads were missing some bits or more bytes.
Is this really good bye Camelaudio?

it is doing good in live 917 x86 on my AMD 8 core, have my cpu on balance and it shows 43%-50% cpu usage in ableton and 24-27% in the windows taskmgr.
i used the Buddha of compassion presets, input was Sylenth1 with teh JP string and some chords.
here is the project and a test clip:

Hey, if it works for you.....more power to you. But out of the gazillion things I've tried, it is easily in the "worst of" category.rustman wrote:You just had to clue me in to this, didn't you?
