There is no instrument inside Catanya, it's just a midi device. Maybe you have it routed to your OS's internal synth too?.

Hi,

Hi Ludmila,
What about the time plan for the Mac AU and VST version, then?
Best regards,
Joachim

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

hi
I am wondering about having a soundcard that has to be under 10ms for the Catanya spec.
I have an Emu 0404 usb box and I have an i7 latest spec computer and run at 10ms.
Being a midi device I would have thought the spec for good running would be wider.
It spells out that this plugin could suffer latency problems from the requirements

I had looked at their recommendations that you need a soundcard that operates under 10ms for performance.
Like I said I have an I7 machine and an EMU 0404usb and everything I run is at 10ms which is realistic and runs smooth.
Is it a misprint?

That's only for realtime stuff, if you send a MIDI track to it, it's not a prob., cu R

I have Catanya running in Samplitude. It works great.
Nice tool.
Can't wait to see more patterns and sharing of patterns.
I'm still investigating occasional stuck notes on denser patterns, but it also may be a combination of configuration settings inside Samplitude.
I've tested it with Omnisphere/Atmosphere, Kontakt4, Crystal, and Kore player with good results.
Used in conjunction with something like Improvisator could be pretty powerful.

Don't ask me, I just play here.

that redhead making the "shhh" motion on the ad for this arpeggiator is insanely good looking. very eye catching ad.
I can't believe we've got to the point of using beautiful women to advertise a MIDI ARPEGGIATOR !?!?!!
