iLok drivers ARE being installed when you install any of AIR products (unless you already have them installed)...

I gladly will use the transfer of AIEP licenses to the hardware key (or as binding to PC, or even better, both of these methods) when it's be available. It's better than the current method IMO.

Thanks. Yeah i'm just not clear if i have to buy AIEP before Xpand!2 is released? If i upgrade i'll be replacing a few plugins hence the question about license transfer. I had a couple of crashes with Looms wave module in maschine so i was hoping to demo the AIEP plugins before jumping in and the upgrade when i'm ready.

In my understanding you have to buy one of the synths first, upgrade to AIEP and
then get Xpand for 39 or whatever it was, so you still have time I think.

But do i have to upgrade to AIEP before Xpand!2 goes live, that's what i'm unclear on. I'm also thinking about going for the Akai promotion if i can return Loom.

What I've read suggests Air upgrade offers are permanent. i.e. if you have an Air instrument you can always get the promo code for the AIEP upgrade. And if you have the AIEP you will always be able get the promo code for the Xpand!2 upgrade. Hopefully Simon will confirm.

To use the database it has to be recreated. Recreate it now? Yes/No. So I select Yes and nothing happens. The Error popup stays open. I repeatedly clicked Yes and it still does nothing."

I wrote support a couple days ago and they have not got back to me.

So the airmusic are same creators of hypersonic? Which of there lineup would be considered closest to it or even surpass?

I wrote support a couple days ago and they have not got back to me.

I put the air.db file that EvilDragon shared in the content folder and it created the database. Now the problem is the patches will not load. I tried scanning and rebuilding the database. Last thing I tried was to repair the installation and it just hangs 85 percent of the way through. The edit page is also buggy in studio one and fl studio on my pc. ATS let me know if they contact you with a solution.

XPand 2 - but unfortunately it sounds like a step backwards in some respects, the sound quality and presets seem to be highly regarded, but it looks like the deep editing capability of Hypersonic has been closed off (except, I presume, to the sound designers who made the presets in the first place).

Yeah that would be ideal but maybe it's a promo like the $49 offer.

Please, i want to know in advance (before up to AIEP):

1) Did was whether solved the problem of unable select custom location at install AIEP content ? (Structure etc).
Just i have less space than 20gb on system partition and in the case of the problem of choice I just can not install it.

2) What is the AIEP installer? Will be able to install each product separately?
