Is the sound engine still the same then? Filters sound the same too?

Such details I can't tell, I'm not Rob :p but it's sounds great like P1 already.
You can load P1 presets in it

If Rob Papen synths will keep the same audio engine and filteres, then regardless new features, then they don't stand the competition.
Unfortunately, this how it goes these days.

Unfortunately, this is how it goes these days. They will have a small spike in sales due to upgrades and a short time of curiosity, plus some fans, but that's all.

Good, because I bought the Ummet Ozcan soundset, and would hate to not be able to use that in P2

I don't think so. Sylenth has still its own character. So does Predator. And most of all other synths. Matter of taste. I will still use Sylenth, Predator, Albino, Twin2, Massive, even if they got upgraded, as long as they still have the same "base sound".

You will be able to import Predator 1 presets into Predator 2

Anybody been able to find a list of what's been added/updated in Predator 2 ?

I did see this in the newsletter:

"Also this Thursday evening CET 20:00hr Rob Papen will be broadcasting on YouTube showcasing Predator2 and its new features!".

Would still be nice to read a list of new features.
