Rapid:
I bought it.. then realized, i missed that the L/R is exchanged-> Then saw in the forum somebody else has the same problem, but the Def could not help.
After 2 weeks or so i wrote an e-mail to support and told my L/R is wrong.. -> He said he cannot help and never heard of that problem..
...And i know the same guy answered to the same problem earlier..
So, what can i say..L/R is still wrong and his lie didn't make me happy..

same thing in rapid too, the dev know the issue, but it's not a big problem, just use a swap L/R after rapid or in your daw use the output matrix vsti, i really didn't regret my rapid purchase.

Only the sub-discussions are interesting IMHO.confusedmuse wrote:While I partially agree with people commenting "Please not another best/worst synth thread", I find myself enjoying them over and over, because you can always find some interesting opinion, new info, or inspiring sub-discussion in them.

TBH it seems to be rather minor issue, I would not count this as a reason to regret the purchase.Klinke1 wrote:Rapid:

While not a huge issue i'd be more annoyed at the guy pretending not to know of the issue. Why lie!recursive one wrote:TBH it seems to be rather minor issue, I would not count this as a reason to regret the purchase.Klinke1 wrote:Rapid:

Interesting topic, though I never regretted buying any plugin - maybe because I always first tested these goddamn softwares. Of course later I solved some of them, but mostly because I could do the same with another one.

Perhaps his pet poodle walked up and licked the tears and snot and dribblets running down his face. That usually works.Lets dance wrote:lollayzer wrote:how did you find reason to live after such immense regret?Lets dance wrote:xpand!2

I went and did that deal. Loom is the only thing I use from all that but damn is it fun. Can't make the other stuff appeal with all the overlap going on. And can't call any of it regret being that cheap...ghettosynth wrote:Did you not use it to take advantage of the AIR bundle?Lets dance wrote:xpand!2

Another would have been Adventus if I actually had bought it, because it was , it still IS an amazing sounding vst, but the tradegy of it is awful, losing the code.
Id regret having something like that, only to learn that it can never be updated, I don't even know if it still works in modern DAW's.
I always wanted it. It sounded unreal.
Its actually still for sale on softplugs site ! lol

I bought it,sounded ok but sold it on. The one synth I do regret buying though (mainly because the complete lack of support) is Dancida from Cubic Audio. You can still get it for $10.99 but I think I paid about £29 6 years ago.LeVzi wrote:Another would have been Adventus if I actually had bought it, because it was , it still IS an amazing sounding vst, but the tradegy of it is awful, losing the code.

software is a tool that allows us to complete a given task.
social media is full of tools that distract us from a given task.
