indeed; Biotek 2 is quite underrated, and still being supported, new versions these last months..
i was very impressed by Biotek 2, and still am. own it quite a time. (and for a good price, but not this price...)

but: underrated!! buy it! one of the unique synths...

and of course F'.em; for this price.... well; so you have 2 great synths, with MPE...

I bought F-em for peanuts a few weeks ago and was looking for Biotek 2 to pop up on sale and hey presto !

Instant buy...

And I was meant to be on a strict,gas free diet...

Silly prices for serious synths and Biotek 2 and F-em are the pick of the Tracktion bunch for me

Biotek 2 isn't an FM synths....it does everything, samples, granular, VA etc...powerhouse.

I also have a few synths,but there's always room for something new if we're flexible and we're open to change...

F-em is a very powerful synth and the more you dig into it,the more apparent that becomes...

You can paint yourself into a corner,but that just means that you're missing out on embracing new possibilities ...

Yeh, Wolfram Franke synths are always a bit different and for the price of a pre-set pack and not to be missed in my opinion!

Great synth, nice MPE implementation, uses multithreads so almost no CPU usage on my i9, really good and plentiful pre-sets and a great sounding, fun, flexible synth...made my Saturday morning!

Does it take long to get a license from Tracktion? I bought Biotek 2 from JRR, now just waiting for Tracktion to come through with the activation. My order is pending on their site.

Mine took less than a couple minutes for Biotek 2.

1. Got the serial number from JRR via email
2. Clicked on Tracktion activation link within that email
3. Logged into my Tracktion account
4. There was Biotek, ready for download
5. Downloaded it...
6. Logged into Tracktion again from within Biotek plugin and the "hissing" stopped.

look also in your spam folder. and sometimes it can take some time, but never long...

I got it activated - my fault the first time out - but my order still shows pending on the Tracktion site. It’s sorted on my end, but I may send an email to Tracktion about the order status.
