Maybe something like 32bit lives can do a 64bit lives and have it for windows as well someday?

As far as I understand, I am allowed to sell Alchemy, Water and Camelspace, but not the three sound banks? This means I must throw them away in case I sell Alchemy, right?
Yes. None of the sound banks can be resold if you bought them 2nd hand already.

Alchemy can be sold/resold to your hearts content. Same with Camespace.
My main tools: Kontakt, Omnisphere, Samplemodeling + Audio Modeling. Unify = godsend. Tari's libraries also rock.

What if I sell my complete account to someone else? I mean: my login, email, data, serials. Is it legal?

Reselling their sound banks is against their EULA.
Whether YOU chose to or not is for you to decide.

Such a pity they aren't selling the soundbanks. Such a damn pity.

I just was looking for a legal way to avoid literaly throwing away three commercial soundbanks :dog: Expecially now, since CA don't earn anything on their sounds (not selling them anymore).
Sorry for being slow, but I still don't understand whether it is legal or not (i would completely give away, not necessarily "resell", my own CA account to someone else).

Ok, without question I am keeping my Alchemy complete. It is a fantastic piece of software, and I have TONS of projects that might need revisiting for one reason or another that uses it.

However, I have to admit, that almost 200 pages later, and no real resolve, is really a heart breaker to me. I get any company choosing to call it quits. But that is not ever clear. All we know is- sales have ceased and no support after July 7th.

What a HUGE disappointment over 10 days later!!! This was fun and games for 4 or 5 days. Now it sinks in and we are not really even left holding a bag. It feels junky. Even if some answer is revealed at NAMM, who here has confidence after 10 days of NOTHING? Not me. Could care less about NDA's if they could care this less about a huge chuck of their customer base that keeps the spirit alive.

Hibidy said is was a weird year...lots of weirdness happening for no real reason. And this might be the icing.

I am just spurting out loud but this might be my junkiest postmortem experience ever.

This too shall pass..

Let's all get over this soon, software nostalgia seems.....ridiculous.

I just want everyone to stay angry for six more pages.

Easy :tu:

I could be apathetic for 6 pages.
I'm tired of being insane. I'm going outsane for some fresh air.

Why angry? Face the facts. Camel Audio owe us nothing, not even an explanation. That's real life.
Would you like some cheese with that WHINE?

Well, for example... one could at least have bought another commercial library sparing some money thanks to CA credits before they expired definitively? Or... one would not have bought Alchemy in december 2014?...

That is why an explanation would be wellcome, I guess...

Resold, gifted, whatever. They are non-transferable to another person.
