Camel Audio ceasing sales? [Update: CA acquired by Apple]

Reselling their sound banks is against their EULA.
Whether YOU chose to or not is for you to decide.

I just was looking for a legal way to avoid literaly throwing away three commercial soundbanks Expecially now, since CA don't earn anything on their sounds (not selling them anymore).
Sorry for being slow, but I still don't understand whether it is legal or not (i would completely give away, not necessarily "resell", my own CA account to someone else).

Resold, gifted, whatever. They are non-transferable to another person.

Does anyone know exactly how it works? I bought Alchemy 2nd hand some years ago, it came with three sound banks (Dubstep, JunkieXL and Planet Earth). Later I bought Water and Camelspace from CA.
As far as I understand, I am allowed to sell Alchemy, Water and Camelspace, but not the three sound banks? This means I must throw them away in case I sell Alchemy, right?

Yes. None of the sound banks can be resold if you bought them 2nd hand already.

After reading camel instructions on backup, i'm a bit undecided:
-Why should i use this new installer that is similar to NI Licence center? This tool is just for backup your thingz before july?

I think if i do a fresh install
it's enough to copy my data folder from my backup to "folder x"
then run the plugin installer (AlchemyWin-1-55-0.exe) and give data folder location when asked (folder x).
