Hi guys,
I'm the developer of SG-1.

I'm sorry for the initial inconvenience about the NON-SSE2 cpus. You can download a specific version for you here at:

My users state it works fine with all their systems and hosts, after the non-sse release.

Please consider that this is a BETA release and the aim of it is to find out problems and errors, with your help too.

By the way, when sg-1 will be out of beta, it will remain freeware.

If this plugin interests anyone or is neccesary in day to day production (as in my case) but the gui is a bit too big you might want to check out Steinberg's Mastering Edition (specifically the spectrograph). It scrolls a bit smoother, comes in DX and VST and fits nicely on a small laptop monitor. The only downside is that it does not have freeze.

Thank you for the suggestion, I'll consider that.
Since I can't make the window resizable, I'm thinking about making a smaller version. Surely next release will have smaller controls, those big knobs are my first attempt to draw a GUI by myself
I could also prepare a smaller alternate version for little screens, since many users want to see a large sonogram in their high resolution monitors.

Ok, I've checked some snapshots... it scrolls smoother because it's a quarter of the area of sg-1, and it runs at a 8bits color depth!
It has to be a nice tool, anyway! it's Steinberg's!
