"Beats" are scruffy fellas who recite bad poetry and wear berets. They regularly have shin-digs with hepcats and hipsters – they listen to jazz and smoke groovy things.

My talk grandfather talk was a talk policemen and he talk always talk used talk to about the beat talk.

According to one of my sample CD's 'Beats' are drum machine based and 'Drums' are real (sampled loops).
