For a more aggressive Abakos, try using Ugo's Tunguska with it. Makes Abakos growl, in a nice way of course!

Hi there. Viktor is still being developed. There have been some circumstances surrounding development that are not really appropriate for this thread. Needless to say, they slowed us down unavoidably and now we are back on track.

Abakos development is in parallel to Viktor development, so any bug fixes to Abakos are applied to Viktor, hence, this release heralds a better Viktor.

Like the sound of this synth alot, thanks for sharing:)

Is it just me or do alot of the presets sound reminiscent of BoC? Was this intentional?

I did not make all of the presets, but mine in particular are pretty dreamy and some are probably quite BoC-ish. Careful application of very slow LFO and Tremolo with some added noise can produce a very BoC pad sound.

Just to let everyone know...there is an Abakos Pro version planned with some extra features, like oversampling and other goodies

This is a project that will most likely happen after our Viktor instrument has been finished.

...Oh, there we go. Between the time I posted mine and got back to see it rizi's was posted. No wonder it looks like her work -- IT IS!! I hope she does all your GUI's for all our sake...nice work. I'm like rizi, I'm new. But I was a commercial graphic designer for 30 years. It's nice to see this quality level in VSTi's.
