Hey really good plugin here! Good job!
I have 1 suggestion and 1 feature request

suggestion: there's something I don't get in the sync mode. When I use the plugin in unsynced mode the sound pitch shifts gradually at the desired feq and within the desired depth. When I set sync ON pitch changes are not gradual at all, pitch suddently shifts at the beat division with no graduality, even with low vibrato depth values.

Here comes the feature request:
well...it's not actually a Feature Request, but a hint for a whole new plugin :-)
The odd behaviour I described above reminded me the sound of a Dj doing a really quick scratch on a vinyl playing...
I was thinking of a vst midi effect:
you can draw (maybe on a tempo and pitch referenced grid) the pitch curve to impose over the incoming audio, the pitch curve will apply only when the effect will recieve a midi note on.

Thanks for mentioning that. :) That's actually the bug I have been tacking for a bit. The cycles in sync mode are MUCH rougher. One of the first things I am going to fix is the instensity of those cycles. ;) Good ear. As for the ability to draw the curve, I will definitely consider that. Not a bad idea at all. a midi triggered "on" is a good idea also. I think earlier someone mentioned "retrigger", and I am guessing that is exactly what they meant. Easy enough to implement. Thanks for the feedback!
