But.... Thank You !
no, the upgrade is not free: It is 15Euro incl. the waveset of the STS-24 as SF2 as bonus for upgraders only!

cheers

Great deal (just got the email as well). I would have felt guilty if it had been free .

EDIT: just got finished the download as well :D.

I think the fee is more than well-balanced in favour of the registered users. This might similar when reworking ProtoPlasm early next year to the same system of external wavesets. Basically the new waveset for that one is nearly complete already. But reworking will bring major internal changes thus it will take some more time.

In addition this means, registered users of STS and ProtoPlasm will have two awesome wavesets which can be used in both VSTi. Even more they can rearrange the wavesets to their personal needs then too. I think such an open system should be much more beneficial for creative musicians.

This is really exciting! Thanks. When I'm done with my current project (which is getting my website off the ground and publishing six or seven almost done pieces), I might very well be tempted to do an entirely Fortune-inspired piece. The Fortune synth- line is one of those places where software capabilities trumps hardware for me.

Will there be a new bundle for the "Big 3"? I think I'm ready to jump on the H.G. Fortune bandwagon, but I would like to get STS-26 as part of that bundle instead of -24.

Of course there will be bundles with the STS-26 instead of STS-24 - same price as before.

This should be available tomorrow (wednesday) at around noon here in Germany.

I received my email and already paid for it - and got the download within seconds.

I am so exited. I'll play with it tonight after work (around 11pm my time - EST USA)

I'll let you know what I think after.

Thanks for such great service and even more amazing synths.

Not sure why I haven't recieved the email yet. :( Anyone else still waiting? I've purchased every thing HG has created, and I'm really chomping at the bit to get my hands on this one. I'll wait until tomorrow to start freaking out.

Been playing with my copy for about an hour now...this thing is wild. Each patch is nearly a mini composition in itself....I keep wanting to just hold down a few keys and drift off in reverie :D

Absolutely wonderful!
It seems that each Fortune creation eclipses those that came before it. Ann's presets are incredibly good. Thanks to all involved.
