BTW it's ok (hint) by me if you cut out the really sloppy parts. That might leave a note or two you can use.

Oh, and jakob, the little figure that the piano and bass play are supposed to happen in unison - is it possible to adjust it to match? My cheapo Washburn bass isn't sounding too bad, actually

Oh, and my piano solo near the end sounds a bit late - did you shift it? This seems to happen a lot on KVR - obviously not many people like to be as on top as me

Overall, it's sounding great, mate - nice variation, so you don't get sick of the jam

Thanks for pointing that out, Simon. Strange though, I had to cut up the audio to make the bass and piano figures "fit". Maybe I had cut it and glued it together before. But I agree, the bass sounds good.

As for your solo: sorry, I guess my rhythmical hearing isn't good enough to find out which beat goes where. How many beats is it late (a quarter note?)?

I had a problem with the base loop and perhaps is related. This base is not trimmed to start on the beat and I had to manually allocate this start point to play along with the metronome. Probably that's why my solo plays out of beat in your mix. This is a capture I've made of the reallocation. Hope it helps:
