I guess it's a matter of taste. Personally I don't know of any music that I'd consider to be over-produced. Any pointers? Again, this is probably a matter of taste. I deliberately made those guitars thin and low in the mix because they're just there to add texture and colour. They're not meant to be a feature (or even audible, really). It's the same with the four-part choir and the three distorted percussion parts.
