inconsitency : midi out appears in main's right click menu, but not in the browser


edit : + when selecting a random color, splitting a clip reverts both pieces back to the previous color, weird.

Just noticed that the XT2 plug-ins don't dock properly in the XT2 host.

Anyone else having issues with the search function? After i click on search, XT seems like it is going in search mode (browser becomes empty and the magnifying glass icon turns into an "x") however, nothing shows up. The browser remains empty.
I did searches in several folders too (plug ins, samples).

I still can't select a folder with brackets in his name.

arrrgghh.... i put lots of work in a song, that doesnt seem to open any more.
some of the audio files doent load properly. every now and then after ten minutes of opening files and xt2 crashing the song loads. but sometimes not. i can not figure out what the problem is. it opens for a moment, i see scrambled audio parts and xt2 crashes.



i tried to recreate this behaviour with a different project but failed. any help? this song is realy important to me.

UPDATE: except for one sample that can't be loaded the project opens with the 8.jun. release. puuuuuuuuhhhhhh. i'm glad!!!

I have been going through all the know issues from J1 since the beta came out. I retested them all and updated the list.

Issues with a * need to be retested by you all please

Well it is beta and I would expect some problems with projects from older builds every now and then.
Don't do important stuff with betas

Ok, i deleted my old ini file and it's working better.
However, it wont search for .wav files. I have some .wav files in my audio clips folder and none of them come up. They are standard 44 16 bit stereo files rendered from XT projects.
I can open the folder within the browser and preview them i just cannot search them.
The naming format is pretty standard ie: 120_dancegroove
where the number represents the BPM followed by the name of the rendered audio clip.

Yes! That worked. Ok, so the clips folder is exclusive to .xtc files. I get it.

See soma? That wasn't so hard now was it?....



dang....i really liked the idea of an audio "clips" folder to save my rendered 1-2 bar loops. Ah well...no biggie.

You can still do that just save the sample as a clip.
