Oh, so that's what it does...By "next generation simulation" I assumed it would do amplifier and effects simulation as well..

for 3K$ I will be also passing on this one, but I do wish you good luck in your endeavor

Hi, is the mic and speaker simulation based on static convolution? or is another new technology?

It's some kind of convolution, with the management of the nonlinearities from the speaker, and the position of the microphone

thanks for your answer, I could be very interested in this product if the sound is superior than a static convolution simulation. Waiting now for more detailed information and audio examples.

As you all know, the dollar/euro ratio is very bad for us (the Torpedo is built and controled in France) and, at this time, we don't know if the Torpedo will be available in US.

We will soon finish the website, so you will ear samples, and see the technical specifications of the product.

In short :

The Torpedo VB101 will be released with 16 cabinets, 8 for guitar and 8 for bass, some 4x12, 2x12, 2x10...

Each month, TWO NOTES will give to its customers a new cabinet, using the update system from the website. And a soft will be released to allow the customers to record their own cabinets and use them with the Torpedo VB101.
