A big library from one of the most famous synthesizer of our times : these sounds are used in many genres from hip hop to r&b, pop, dance, electronic etc.

That was my reaction, too - looks like a pretty obvious copyright infringement (unless they got permission from the copyright holders, which I seriously doubt). If Yamaha and Roland were to get wind of this, Typhoonsounds could expect a couple of stern "Cease and Desist"-letters. Roland in particular have been known to defend their copyrights pretty aggressively.

Kontakt 3 really is a huge improvement on 2, it loads instruments in 2 seconds instead of 6 seconds.

Garritan don't make Kontakt instruments anymore, using their own (Aria) player.

Tonehammer has split to 8Dio and Soundrion, both totally epic so worth having on their.
