I tried as suggested by afreshcupofjoe using TAL Elek7r0 and was able to get something close very quickly. That might be a good starting point, just a matter of fine tuning the patch then adding fx.

i never did have any luck getting a bass like this. don't suppose anyone else is up for a challenge? and can recrete this sound? lol
