What you described above is what happened with ReTank for me - it was a $99 copy of Samplemoog. I already have ST2XL and generally don't use loops. But I'll probably do some exploring with the loops and see what I can do with them... and maybe I'll give the ST2L copy to a friend if he picks up the transfer fee (I already have 4 ST2 engines - one with L, one with XL, and two from group buys).

Here is the simple explanation

When joining the group buy you know the price starts now at $239 (already the second level down) and is likely to go down to $149. So... what can you get for as low as $149? You choose! Here is what you can get. Pick ONE of the following:


Infinite Player plug-in (powered by Kontakt) with 5 packs of sounds (two included are the 2 gig drum kit and 300 meg piano and then you can pick out the others which include a 2 gig GM set and other multitrack drums).

4 Drummer Packs for Submersible's DrumCore (only makes sense to choose this option if you have or plan to have the DrumCore 2.5 program, as these are libraries for it... this option mainly done for those who were in the previous DrumCore group buy but obviously for anyone who wants this).

-OR-

6 RMX paks of your choice for Stylus RMX

-OR-

12 Refills for Reason 4 of your choice out of the 20 Sonic Refills redone for Reason 4 or individual refills from the Ultra series.

10 Sampletank libraries for SampleTank out of the 20 ReTank and Expansion Tank titles in the list on the group buy page.

Anyone who wants more than one of those options can join again and again. For example, if you wanted 6 RMX packs and then you wanted even MORE for that deal then you could join again and pick out ANOTHER 6!
