Buddy, if you depend on DirectWave, or you spend your time assing about converting stuff with ESC, you desperately need K3. I can't begin to tell you how amazing this sampler is. And the vast family of companies producing sound collections for it ... that speaks for itself.

A lot of anti-NI chatter seems to come from sour-grapers who can't afford the stuff. But buying and using cheap junk is just false economy. Like owning shitty guitars, or employing useless drummers.

Of course other peeps mileage may vary. DW is an entry-level product, K3 ain't.
