BTW, I don't want it to appear that I'm picking on FL. It's just that I've come across some anomalous behavior in testing my plugin with it. It turns out that in persuing this I was able to improve my timing algorithm. And I may have found a bug in FL.

I just really want to nail this down before releasing a commercial plugin. I don't like being bitten in the backside later on.

FL has always been somewhat anomalous compared to other plugs, and largely if you can get it to behave then you're pretty sorted for the rest of them..
