I just received some fantastic sounds from 'LeLotusBlue' and am now really looking forward to working with the new sounds AND the new GUI. Very inspiring thanks a million.
Hope the instruments will suit well your fantastic music.

i'd always liked the ua gui for its simplicity and ease of use. but wow, these skins make the same easy to use layout soooo much nicer to look at. a vast improvement.

Limeflavour, on the Lightside skin background, Filter 2 parameters are labeled Filter 1. In fact all of Osc 2 is labeled 1.

Ouch! I can see that, must have used one of the older source files....Teksonik wrote:Limeflavour, on the Lightside skin background, Filter 2 parameters are labeled Filter 1. In fact all of Osc 2 is labeled 1.
Me take notes: Never keep old source
Will fix asap.

One thing that's bothered me since getting Ultra Analog even with the default skin is that the Arp steps light up to turn off. Seems like they should all be lit up by default and clicking the square to turn it off also turns off the light as well. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed in a skin or not.

Yes I will fix that too, light on should be equal to step on.
I noticed the previous text bug is for all skins, it will take some time to fix these glitches.

No pressure here. I can only guess the amount of time you must have put into this already. Is it possible to switch the on and off lights in the control bitmap?Limeflavour wrote:Yes I will fix that too, light on should be equal to step on.

yes, I've just looked at it and you should be able to switch places for the on and off leds.
In the top right part of the controls image there is a part with four leds without any space between them, just flip them over and this issue should be fixed. (I have not tried this myself but it should be the right way to do it)

+1 that's what I like about the original skin. The separation doesn't have to be as overt as on the factory one!
Ah, I see that it's already done. That works, I think. Subtle and tasteful is probably not a bad way to go! Keep it in some sort of color harmony.

How about a third skin, keeping what you have got already but this time with subtle colour shading to separate the modules, in a similar way as the original skin ?

Are the Mac version ok now?
I'm afraid it does but that is beyond my control since it's coded like that.Does it still put the presets as a separate window on the side? I find that really annoying!
I'm not very fond of the browser system either.
