6 knobs for the FX section right? 2 for the eq, 1 for the chorus wet/dry blend and 3 for the delay.. is that right?
Yes. Delay has mix, time and feedback.
Chorus: Doesn't it have more parameters other than a dry/wet blend? Is it stacked in parallel from the Delay or serial?
It has the mix blend knob, and you can go into a menu on the LCD and choose an algorythm for both the chorus and delay. The chorus is completely untweakable, the delay obviously has the knobs, so is a bit more flexible. The signal flow goes Synth > EQ > Chorus > Delay I think. But the EQ could come last. I'll test it later.
OSC2-Effects: "fine/wide" and tuning range "wide" Does "wide" have to do with the chorus detuning also? The chorus and delay effects are stereo right? Does "wide" control the stereo width also? Any other parameter that does other changes to the sound that you know about?
Range and fine/wide affect the pitch of Osc 2. Range is coarse detune and fine is finetune. If Range is completely over in the orange end of it's travel, then fine/wide is a very coarse tuning spanning a wider range. In Wide mode the knob is perfect for big smooth sync sweeps.

There are no other controls really, other than the synthesis stuff such as sync, X-mod, ringmod, etc. The two FX are stereo, and are the only way to "stereoize" a patch, other than applying good old overused LFO1 to the pan knob in the Amp section.
EQ: Shefs? how does it exactly effect the sound? It affects the master output or some clever combination with the effects also?
Didn't it also feature a 2nd, 12db/oct non-resonant HP filter?
They're just simple shelves AFAIK. There's no HPF though that would be handy.
Anything else?
I think it will be best to give you the patch after I'm done so you can fine tune these kind of things. If you're in the mood for that .. now that you've got the real thing. 8)
You can get the JP manual online if you're interested:

I'll certainly have a look at your patch with great interest and maybe finetune anything I think needs doing. I'm not an expert on doing emulations, but I might be able to improve it a bit by comparing to the real thing.
