I agree with you. I didn't expected more from Props for this App.
Reason was a nice concept, but come on, replacing a studio with a software and mouse clicks...

Was a great Toy for about a week, thats all...

Will be the same with this App, gonna play a couple of hours with it and then I'll forget it somewhere on my phone/pad...

Still no sign of Figure in AppStore. Knowing my luck it won't run on 3GS anyway

Post

Dammit - it would've made a great April Fool's joke to say Figure had been approved!

Currently, it's an insult in the south of France.

My guess is that Apple is putting them through a serious UI review.

Or they are so busy making music with it that they forgot to let the rest of us have it :x :hihi:

Shall we open a iOS/Androïd hater Post so people can spit their Venom without annoying others???

Post

Temporary lock while I split off the usual haterade and other badly off-topic posts.

I can't believe Propellerheads can come up with a Reason for iOS, similar to what Apple's done with GB. Sure, it wouldn't be as full-featured as the desktop version, but Figure seems to be a LONG way off. It's a shame, because I really dig Reason on the desktop.

Post

Maybe we expected too much for a first App from Props.
Did they ever officially mentioned that they are working on porting Reason to iOS?

Post

Here's a crazy thought.

Perhaps a simple toy for playing with ideas is actually well suited to a small screen that isn't a full computer, and a complete dekstop DAW with complex interface isn't.

I don't even know where to begin with how ungrateful people are about this sort of thing.

It's a dollar. What else can you buy with a dollar?! If yo udon't like the app, go and save another $2 and buy a coffee.

Then perhaps complain that it isn't a complete coffee machine with all the bells and whistles that fits in your shirt pocket.

Post

Personally I would love to spend 20, 30 or even 50 bucks on Reason for iPad rather than 1 buck for "fun" app...

Post

It's out!!!
Get your purses ready.. It's a buck and in the app store now! (here in aus anyway)

Post

Not in the US yet...
