You should try Cubase for yourself before jumping to conclusions like that since they just make you look ignorant. Now, you don't want that, do you?AstralExistence wrote:why to be more proeverybody knows that switching to cubase gives your music skills a 100 percent improvement. alas, never owned cubase but thats pretty much the reason why people switch to cubase.

it is true. and dont call me ignorant. many people switch to daws that make them look more professional, or rather believe will make there music more professional. they switch because "fl studio is a toy" and they want to join the big boys club.geroyannis wrote:You should try Cubase for yourself before jumping to conclusions like that since they just make you look ignorant. btw, have I mentioned how much I like the RADO themes? (especially 4? )

On a serious note, it's clean and all the stuff you need is there. Everything is readable and easy on my "not so damn good anymore" eyes

This thread reminds me of how sucked into finding the 'perfect skin' I would get when using reaper as my primary DAW
sometimes not having a choice is the best choice, depending on your personality.

Anyone who thinks Cubase SX2 or SX3 was not unstable doesn't have a clue.ttoz wrote:anyone who thinks cubase is unstable hasn't a clue. It's one of the most rock solid daw out there either on mac or pc.
You people are weird sometimes
Thats the version i finally got fed up with and switched to REAPER.
And don't blame me and my system setup skills - first if one program works stable and the other doesn't then it is not the system configuration error and second i started with computers around year 1986 or 1988 and i actually like digging deep and learning about all the software i use, so i am not some noob who would have no idea about proper tweaking of Windows 98 and XP which i used Cubase on.

It's like saying you won't use Windows 7 because you had issues with Windows 2.0, which doesn't even mean that Windows 2.0 wasn't stable in general.
