Got the email and code yesterday afternoon. Have already been putting it through the paces and have to say it's amazing.
The sound quality is fantastic and it plays nice with other vsti's. Also, no issues loading multiple instances unlike a lot of others.
I'm definitely going to buy their Prophet V and possibly the CS-80V reproductions.
btw, if you missed getting this, you can always download Gunnar's MinimogueVA for free.

Playing Minimoog V along with my Mopho now... Mopho packs a better punch though I still like some sounds from MV.
Thanks for the nice freebie Arturia

Got it too, and really enjoying it. I'm approaching it as if I were playing the original hardware, and trying to forget about the presets paradigm...Krakatau wrote:Got it too after 6 hours and more of downloading time
Some amazing and beautiful presets, i don't get it completely but it seems to me that presets are keeping parameters of the hidden panel of full version that appear in Logic's automations window
So there is a way to workaround this limitation, not very user-friendly of course, but perfectly possible
NEEDLESS TO SAY : A big thank you to the team of Arturia

I'll bet you're right about that. I just enjoy conjuring a good conspiracy. Thanks for giving me some hope. Never did.![]()
...But then I own the V Collection so maybe they knew thatWas going after it for a friend who is just getting into making music and synthesis.

It was supposed to be a free synth, but it turned out to require a Facebook account to "like" it. I don't use Facebook, and refuse to sign up for it.
It feels like a dirty trick to me. They never said anything about Facebook until the day they opened the offer and their server was overrun.
I didn't get it. And I don't "like" the way they changed the offer.
If I'd known they required Facebook, I wouldn't have even thought about trying to get it. But, I marked the day on my calendar, and looked forward to getting the offer. I was more than disappointed to find that they changed the requirements at the last minute.
Now, it just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

+1 to that. These days, I tend to think of 'conspiracy theory' as another commodity - part of the entertainment industry if you like...snigelx wrote: I'll bet you're right about that. I just enjoy conjuring a good conspiracy...

It's a shame, because I was actually looking forward to this one until their servers died or whatever. Oh well, I already have a great Minimoog Model D(iva) so I don't feel like I'm missing too much, but I really wanted to check out some of the presets.

The download did not require a Facebook "like" to download. You were able to download from their site.
Amazing free synth.
