This is sad news. I would have liked to know why thought! Not that I own any of their plugins, I just like good stories... :hihi:

I feel for the customers but no pity for the "developers". Companies go out of business all the time for various reasons. Poor product, poor service, bad management...all of the above. Life sucks, get a helmet.
Their free delay did what a delay does with a simple, intuitive design at the tiniest trickle of CPU. Companies go out of business all the time sure but its as likely as it was NONE of your piss poor reasons as it was any. Life sucks, under a rock.

Yep.

I won't even keep stuff that's free anymore if it uses C/R. I actually got Synth Squad as an NFR for beta testing. I didn't want to keep it due to the C/R. The new DCAM Dynamics and FreeComp look good... but my piece of mind is worth more then C/R or dongles.
