Filters! FILTERS! And glorious beats. That's all you need. My name is Reverend Harry Krishna, welcome to rotation! :D
Hello Reverend Harry Krishna, :D
thx for your points and comments, i'm happy! I like the filters from Dune BE and the LFOs to do some nice FX things with it:)

And the rotation will go on ...

The words that came out of my mouth when I was listening to this was: "#$#$!@)$(@!" Just love the noise synth and intense arp! was great!
Hi sovarozum,

I am not allowed to vote yet, I still don't have the 20 forum posts...

But I have to say that it is incredible how creative much people are. There's a lot of good work in the music I listend to.

Maybe I give it a try to contribute in the future. ;)

This track is SO INTENSE! Didn't even think it was possible to get drums that sounded like that out of Dune!! Did a really good job in showing off what this plugin can do.
I'm not sure if you meant "AdagioCM - Arrakis" or "Jasinski - Arrakis Revisited" :)
Ah!! forgive me! I meant Arrakis Revisited by you!
Wasn't trying to influence the outcome, just didn't want any hanging chads out there. :)

Don't worry, I'm not going to appeal to the supreme court of OSC :D

Just noticed IrionDaRonin started this thread. Does that mean he's a moderator here or something?

I'm not sure but after winning the last contest, it might look a bit skewed. Call me jaded but .. oh well, it's not worth the bother. No matter where you go in life, there's always a "fix" in on anything. Color me the fool for even thinking that things were different here.

Regardless, best of luck to everyone and I'm outta here...

Wow... Your reaction is way out of line!

It is not a secret that Irion is helping to organize OSC along with V'ger. Without the two of them, this whole thing wouldn't be happening.

To insinuate that the vote is fixed is an insult not only to Irion, but to the whole OSC community as well. The process is wholly democratic, and everyone has the same chance to cast their votes. How do you suggest that there is a fix?

I hope you realize that you are overreacting, and apologize to Irion.

PS: To preempt any further conspiracy theories, I am only a relatively recent participant in the OSCs, and have no other role. I don't know any of the folks here outside of the context of OSC. But I have nothing but respect for all of the regulars here, and really enjoy the interactions and the creativity of this community.

*1 by the way @ Oktipus, the votes are public for all to see and count, how do you figure it is fixed?

papatomany wrote:Will be giving the entries my first good listen later today, and will join in the voting. Sorry I didn't get anything finished this month. I was thoroughly enjoying Dune, but... I have my best excuse yet; I had a heart attack back on the 10th (still my finish a track for my own peace of mind, though). Anyhow, hope to give Retrologue a try.
Passing through as I try to listen to all the entries (man, there's so many this month! :o )

Get well soon papatomany, all the best for a speedy and safe recovery
