Can someone tell me, where I can get this soundfont?
Dude, have you tried the TTS-1 or not? I don't think you'd get better with the SoundFont, and the TTS-1 is very well integrated into SONAR.

Hi :-)

yes sure I have tried the TTS-1...
But I think it's not the best/most realistic sounding GM-Synth...
Some Instruments are good, but overall it's a little "thin" I think...

Try process it through some good chorus unit, and a good valve simulation compressor, and thuings will improve. And remember you can use several instances, because it is very light on CPU. It sin't nearly as good as HALion Sonic, but the later will not respond to program changes.
All the other solutions proposed will not sound better, I'm afraid. The problem with GM is not the individual sounds, it's the overall balance of the whole. The vast majority of the sequences were created based on Sound Canvas, and TTS-1 is the nearest you have in software (there was once a Yamaha XG software instrument, but it's no longer available, and it wasn't top class either).
