The uad version is an old plugin , it's a bit not so wider as the ers and plug and mix versions (the best i use) .Quinto Sardo is beyond barriers with his modelling so this plugin will be one more proof about his amazing catalog !

The UAD version has two modes:lacandon wrote:The uad version is an old plugin , it's a bit not so wider as the ers and plug and mix versions (the best i use) .
Classic Mode is identical to the hardware, where one side is left static and the other side is modulated.
Dual Mode is both sides modulated.
The best thing about Dual Mode is how well it mono's. It's much better than the real hardware in that sense. Personally, I own hardware CE-1's in the forms of my RE-501 and RE-555 (as well as my CE-300, though that's something entirely different), and I've completely stopped using them in favor of the UAD CE-1.

Not liking the gui. Way to dark and hard to read.
Finally!

It's the standard "bucket brigade" style chorus, and the hardware is pretty rare. All the emu's I've heard sound different from one another, so it's hard to say if any of them sound virtually identical to the original. I think the acoustic guitar clip Quinto posted sounds fantastic, though.electro wrote:Hard to see why a 6th attempt at this particular stomp would be needed.

I like the GUI, but on the original hardware i like the white/orange buttons a lot : i wish we could have them too in the plugincyphersuit wrote:Not liking the gui. Way to dark and hard to read.

I think his new GUI's are cool (though it's true they are dark). They have that Dune vibe.

My feeling with these GUIs is like "I'm a serious effect and I know how to do things seriously. I don't care about you, I know what I can do"

Anybody wants to send a sample?
A synth sweep, an instrument, whatever you feel interesting to be processed with this one...

Right, doing 1210 one, too. Very nice piece of gear.PCSRKS wrote:Once again a Roland Dimension D emulation. The sixth one I think.
There are other legendary chorus devices, even better than the Dimension D!!!
What about a faithful emulation of the t.c. Electronic TC 1210 !?
What about a faithful emulation of the Dyno-My-Piano Tri-Stereo-Chorus !?
This one was the one, though, and I wanted our own
These are great mixing tools, lots of fun.

That's great to know. I always wondered why the T.C. stuff gets neglected.quintosardo wrote:[
