I couldn't ask him if he would have even died without the shot (because of the overdose)...thecontrolcentre wrote:Tricky-Loops wrote:That isnt what killed him. And if he wouldn't have taken so much heroine, maybe he wouldn't have shot himself...

Okay, let's get back on topic: can someone write a one-bar-loop of contemporary EDM while being on drugs? Furthermore: can someone listen to a one-bar-loop of contemporary EDM without being on drugs?

I wrote a full double album of EDM while smoking ganja copiously.
Now listening to it is driving me to drink hehe
It's a vicious circle indeed

Is that's why people drink so much in Yates on a Friday night; to cope with the terrible music?thecontrolcentre wrote:No drug problem here then ...Tricky-Loops wrote:Okay, for listening to Europe Top 20 I usually need 5 bottles beer at least...elassi wrote:Okay, let's get back on topic: can someone write a one-bar-loop of contemporary EDM while being on drugs? The drink is what makes them like it. The kids with "different" taste have dropped mdma and gone to a beach party.musikmachine wrote:Is that's why people drink so much in Yates on a Friday night; to cope with the terrible music?thecontrolcentre wrote:No drug problem here then ...Tricky-Loops wrote:Okay, for listening to Europe Top 20 I usually need 5 bottles beer at least...elassi wrote:Okay, let's get back on topic: can someone write a one-bar-loop of contemporary EDM while being on drugs? Yeah,
talented cat Joff, pro guitarist
can't time his loop pedal right
when imbibing several measures of ethanol.
I think there's a balance involved-
Amy Winehouse is a soldier-
I've seen the state she was in at a couple of dos

Sounds like there could be a KVR CHALLENGE in that!!!Tricky-Loops wrote: ..."Overdose" doesn't mean that you're dead within 5 seconds, there's still enough time to shoot yourself...
Who wants to go first?
I would almost put forward the example of Chris Cornell… The first Audioslave album kinda rocked, then he went cold turkey and look where it went from there.

Here's a link to the latest caffeine overdose/death I've heard about.Tricky-Loops wrote: -- but coffee and tea, I haven't seen people dying because of them.

There are others if you look around.
It's not uncommon for people to accidentally overdose (non lethal amount) on caffeine and end up in hospital or at the doctors wondering whats wrong with them.
This usually happens when people have a mix of tea/coffee , energy drinks, chocolate, etc that all contain caffeine and the unlucky person doesn't realise how much they have taken until it's too late.

I know from personal experience that guarana and caffeine gives heart palpitations and 'rushing', not as pleasant as MDMA.
They took down this drink here in Victoria- Pulse.
It was 8% alchohol, but with lashings of guarana, caffeine and sugar.
It could cause someone to go to a medic.
If you drink 8 in 2 hours it does things.
